Contraindications
before you take Cialis
Do not take Cialis if you are suffering form any of the following conditions.
Abnormal heart beats are not controlled by medication. Angina is also not
well controlled by medical treatment. Persons under the age of 18 years.
Where sexual activity is not advisable, for example in people with severe
heart disorders. Low blood pressure. Anyone taking any form of nitrate medicine
for example glycerine trinitrate. Anyone who has had a heart attack in the
last three months. People who have had a stroke in the last six months.
Uncontrolled high blood pressure or anyone with mild to severe heart failure
in the last six months.
Carefully using Cialis
Please tell your doctor if you are suffering from, or have suffered sickle
cell anaemia, leukaemia, cancer of the bone marrow, or deformity or disease
of the penis. These conditions require special care when taking Cialis or
any other erectile dysfunction treatment. You should check with your doctor
to see if you have had any problems with your heart, to see whether this
can take the additional stain of sexual activity.
Cialis must not be taken with any other medication for the treatment of
erectile dysfunction. Persons under the age of 18 years should not take
Cialis. Anyone over the age of 65 years should consult their doctor as your
first dose of Cialis will be adjusted. Cialis can cause some dizziness especially
if this was taken after alcohol. You should be aware of this if you intend
to drive or operate machinery.
You must advise your pharmacist if you are, or have recently taken medicines.
Cialis could interfere with some medication, especially those used to treat
chest pain. If you involved in an emergency you should say to the persons
treating you that you have or are taking Cialis. Should you be being prescribed
protease inhibitors, for instance in the treatment of HIV, your doctor will
advise you of the dosage of Cialis that is suitable for you.
