Is Cialis available on line?
Cialis is available on line, the genuine article manufactured and certified
by Lilly ICOS, together with numerous fake tablets.
Cialis - what is it?
Cialis is a prescription tablet used to treat impotence or erectile dysfunction
(ED) in men. Cialis is the only erectile dysfunction tablet which is clinically
proven to work up to 36 hours. This means you can respond to sexual stimulation
when the time is right for both you and your partner.
Has Cialis proved to be effective?
Cialis has been shown to improve erectile dysfunction in most men. In clinical
trials, Cialis improved men with mild, moderate and even severe ED. As with
all medicines it may be necessary to adjust the dose according to the severity
of the problem.
How does Cialis work?
Cialis blocks an enzyme PDE5 effectively causing the blood vessels in the
penis to relax and allowing the blood to flow in enlarging this. The veins
at the base of the penis are compressed restricting the flow of blood. Following
intercourse these veins relax allowing the blood to flow out as normal.
Can anyone take Cialis?
Cialis is a medication that is prescribed for men only. You should not
take Cialis if you have a heart condition and are taking nitrate drugs.
These drugs include: Isosorbide Mononitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Nitro-glycerine,
Amyl Nitrite or Amyl Nitrate. These are known as ‘poppers’.
What side effects can I expect with Cialis?
Following clinical trials, the most common side effects with Cialis were
headache and stomach upset. Back ache and muscle ache were also reported.
Other reported side effects included facial flushing, redness of the eyes
and some minor swelling of the eyes. It should be emphasised that most men
were not bothered enough to stop taking Cialis and not all men were affected
by all or any of these side effects.
Will I get an immediate erection on taking Cialis?
In order for a man to get an erection he needs to be sexually stimulated. Cialis can work as soon as 30 minutes after taking the medication and can last up 36 hours.
Cialis – what if it does not work for me?
Cialis has been shown to work in most men and is used by millions. If it does not work the firs time you should try again and if then not successful increase the dose. Can I drink alcohol and take Cialis?
Alcohol can impair a man’s ability to get an erection and should be avoided. However moderate quantities of alcohol will not impair the efficiency of Cialis.
