Hello all

well it was my first weigh in this week and i lost 3.5 lb i was so happy i went stright to the gym and did an hour, my plan is to loose 3lb per week as of today i will be training 2hrs per day 6 days per week (used to do bodybuilding) so i know what i have to do to loose weight and tone up i have 5 stone to loose in total, a little tip for all the people who want to loose an inch off your waist per week,   get a broom handle sit or stand feet apart put handle behind head on to shoulders and twist as far round as possible keeping your head face forward and still twist right and left this counts as one twist aim to start at 200 building up to 500 per day this only takes 15mins of your time and costs nothing, you will be amaized, let me know how you get on, i promise you will loose 1in per week off your waist good luck.....kathy x
