Posted By Discussion Topic: E.coli on makeup!   daisy52 04-28-2010 @ 12:29 PM                           reply Member Joined: Jan 2010 If ive ever got time to kill i go to a big department store and just go mad on all the makeup counters trying al the differnt shades of eye shadows and blushes and lipglosses and sometimes i even get the girl to give me a complete makeover. so im now feeling sick becasue i just heard that becasue people go to the loo and dont wash their hands and then try on the makeup it s all got traces of ecoli which gives us food poisoneing and skin infections. disgusting! at least 67 percent of its contaminated. that is the last time im wasting time in a department store makeup counter again. They should probably make people use wands, cotton wool pads, and tips. And gloves should probably be worn. But that's not going to look very aesthetically pleasing, or welcoming is it? That would cut down on germs. We got really into those in canada when swine flu broke out. I can't even touch the main door to public toilets, i try and get it open with my foot or wait and run out behind someone else... weird but i just know it is all ewwwy! We're all a bit freakish about germs then. But I think its sensible!
