Bless you Issy. The problem is we are all trying to help ourselves by eating and drinking low calorie, low fat, low sugar etc but there always seems to be a snag ! worse still people unwittingly (mostly) allow their kids to have stuff with all these added enhancers like mono-sodium glutamate which has the effect of causing us to crave more, they put it in mainly for flavour because after fat is removed there's very little flavour left ! in short we get hooked !! all part of the plan to make us spend our money. Just keep reading the labels and check out any additives you suspect because they use different words for the sweeteners for sure. Take care.

thanks Jen, I think when you are trying to lose weight, you immediately check out, 'fat free, sugar free' items and we don't realise the fat free, sugar free stuff may contain more chemicals than regular stuff. And in taking these things, it could give us more trouble in the long run... I love these forums because we always keep each other up to date on stuff and hopefully we are always honest with each other, we have notheing to lose on here!! Have a great weekend guys xx
