Hi all, I thought it would be good and helpful to talk about what we do to make the right choices? How do we rationalise things in our mind...? I get cravings for crisps and can really get obsessed with eating a lot of the same food,in a short period of time, i rationalise it by saying i will work extra hard at the gym later... then i don't go. It's a vicious circle. TODAY I SAY NO MORE! issy x

When I was taking xenical I just kept telling myself 'Its not worth it!' But then when I stopped, it was literally like a dam burst. Everything I'd denied myself was possible - and there was no barrier between me and food. The voice telling me to stop just got quieter and quieter. I've said before - I felt like I had a split personality! I know that the only way for me to succeed with weight loss is a slimming pill. I just cant do it on my own. So it so good to hear about reductil by mail, and be able to take it again.

Hey whittle, i know exactly what you mean, it's like you become rebellious to your own body! THe rationalisation is that your will power wins, you want it, you eat it and it's all ok. i also agree that i couldnt have gotten anywhere without reductil. i never tired xenical, it was too complicated for me to work out fat percentages etc. I suppose it would have educated me. Anyway, have you purchased reductil yet?? I was reading about the suspension and it is not illeagal to have them, they are not 'Banned' so you can still get them without trouble from reductilbymail. it's not illegal. they are just being clever about it. How are you feeling whittle? taking control?? issy xx

i know what you mean Rosie. i dont think i even know whats right or wrong for me. even if i eat things that i think of as healthy, i dont lose any fat. but looking on this forum i see how many people are in the same boat. ive never heard of reductil before but all of you seem to have had great success with it?

Yes, I have! It should arrive in 2 days I hope. I received a phone call with a tracking number, so I'm sure it should arrive imminently. Reductilbymail seems to be a very slick operation I must say. Just saw looking forward to taking Reductil again and getting back to the weight that I was, without all the tedium of counting grams of fat! It was definitely the easiest way to lose weight. WA

i have to say, i woke up today with this feeling that i was finally getting there. like my choices were finally working for me. I am being realistic and understand there are setbacks, but without reductil by mail, i doubt i would be so positive. Issy x

with all this up lifting talk, ive gone and done it! i just ordered some reductil on the reductilbymail website. i did the consultation online, because my GP didnt have an appointment until next friday, as its not 'urgent'. so i did the reductilbymail online consultation and they have given me the go ahead, but im starting on the lower dose of 10 mg. is anyone else on here on the 10mg dose, instead of the 15mg? so i think i have a few days to wait and get my head around it. but like you Isabella i feel like i made the right choice, and that now my life is moving in a positive direction! im really want to just get started now.

Well done Fat lot of Good! Obviously we can't guarantee anything, but all of us have lost so much weight on Reductil, we were devastated when it stopped. So I really hope that it does work wonders for you. I'm definitely a little impatient to get started too! And just not feel hungry and being greedy all the time. It will be a great relief to have those feelings submerged. WA
