How long do you all sleep? Those who are having difficulty losing weight
and are on this site for weight loss pills, how many hours sleep are you
getting?
The optimum sleeping time is between 6 - 8 hours a night. Any more or
less on a regular basis and you will gain weight.
I know if I get more than 8 hours sleep I feel lethargic all day and then
dont feel up for exercising (this rarely happens though unless I'm
shattered or suffering jet lag)

I try to sleep for eight hours a night - I set my alarm. But often I find that
I wake in the middle of the night and it takes me 20 mins or so to get
back to sleep - I don't know if this is related to the xenical I'm taking
though.
But I think 8 hours is the right amount of time to make sure that you've
come out of a sleep cycle.

Getting good sleep is also supposed to help with stress. I use this site to
get propecia and cialis, meds that help with conditions that I'm sure were
brought on by stress.
If you get the right amount of sleep to manage stress, then you're more
likely to be able to manage your weight as well as these other conditions.
I changed jobs, I now get more sleep and the meds are more effective
because of it.

When I feel stressed I find a long soak in a hot bath really helps. Or just
finding a quiet spot to breathe slowly and deeply. You should gently tense
and relax every part of your body and at the same time, let your mind
empty of all distracting thoughts. It really helps!

Try and stay like that for 20 minutes. If you practise the technique
enough you'll be able to use it whenever you feel overwhelmed by
modern life, and you'll be nipping stress in the bud. Good luck pod!
