I suspect I may have it, but I haven't yet been diagnosed. I think I'm losing my potency gradually, and generally feel a dull ache at the base of my most prized possession. I hope I'm wrong but fear I'm right. Anyone have any ideas?

i have this condition and am very glad to have found this forum!! Im 36 and live in leeds.

to be honest if you have it you ought to know about it. it becomes pretty obviosu since it does cause discomfort. there is a procedure that you can do to rectify the problem but it depends on how serious hte problem is.

there are plenty of other information sites out there if you need help but i am worried that the administrators will cut any links that i provide.

Put a search into google and understand whether or not you have it

chin up. Luke

My boyfriends penis does have an acute angle when it is erect. He has complained about hardened skin and all the symptoms point towards this peyronies disease but he wont go to the doctor which is very distressing for me and obiously for him. He is so stubborn and refuses to go...its pathetic really...maybe a shock tactic would work if i told him that if he doesnt get the problem corrected then he will no longer be able to have sex ?

Whoa, no shock tactics, compassion and empathy. A guys manhood is like his sight or hearing. People kill themselves over impotency remember so a guy with a poorly todger doesn't need beating up.

Reasure him about your desire for him, reasure him that real men take charge of things in thier life and that includes going to the doctor about health concerns. reaure him you want him well so that your sex life can go from strength to strength.

If he really wont do anything try this, this is just me being a witch doctor by the way so take it or leave it:
* Get some base oil used in massage, go to Hollong & Barrett, they have 100ml bottles. These oils contain Vitamin E which is great for the skin.
* Pick a couple of essential oils, I like Lavendar and Tea tree.
* Get a shallow dish, put some base oil and two drops of each essential oil, mix it well.
* Go Google "Jelq" and "Kegels exercise".

Hours of fun for you both there and will certainly benefit him. But here's the point, you're objective is to get him comfortable with his penis health. Make sure you both read about the benefits of these exercises.

Maybe try and lead him with:
You: "Hmm.. I wonder What more we could do to get this great penis of yours in good shape?"
Him: "I know, why don't I go to the doctors and ask about this condition I have?"
You: "Oh, well now you mention it..."

I dunno sis, guys and their health eh? Hope it maybe helps in some way, look after hiim and good luck.
