Hallo! Im 3 months pregnant and delighted - this is my first pregnancy so am obviously very knew to this all. I have never spoken to my GP and the doctors at my local neo-natal unit about my weight and he has never brought it up so there is no reason to worry...its just that i read an article which i wish i could find saying that being overweight during pregnancy is not a good thing....thing is that i am not over-over weight just a little......am i being paranoid over nothing? are there any women out there that had a pregnancy and whom were over-weight?? Thanks for all informtaion - Natsxoxo

Talking to your GP and the neo-natal unit should happily put your mind at ease -

i think that being overweight and pregnancy are not really related i mean my wife became pregnant when she was at her most overweight. Incidentally she lost a lot of weight after the delivery of our son.
