I know that this sounds odd but does washing hair make the hair fall out any faster? I have resorted to wearing a plastic hair cap in fear that i will shed more hair byt he action of the shower and me running fingers through my hair. Am i being paranoid?

No i dont think that you are being paranoid, i would do as best you think. If it helps you to do that then fair enough. I dont think washing hair has much eseential effect on hair though becasue to tell you the truth it is the grip inside the scalp that holds the follicle that is to target and is responsible for hair loss......THAT IS THE KEY
