Viagra’s absorption is affected by food. Viagra takes 30 minutes approximately to begin absorption, and it takes one hour to reach maximal concentration. It loses 50% highest concentration every four hours. Viagra’s should be taken on an empty stomach. There should be no food intake two to three hours prior to taking the pill. It takes at least one hour for sexual stimulations. Sexual stimulation is also necessary. Don’t wait for more than four hours.

What the heck is this post? Cut and pate intructions? Look, sex is physical exercise so don't gorge yourself on masses of food before hand and then expect to feel no full or fat feelings. would you have a big lunch and then go running? Duh, no. Take 1/2 a pill at first and see how you are. Of courseyou need to be sexually stimulated but what stimulates you? It's anyones guess so understand what sexual situation you're going to get into and decide if it's going to work for you. If you get into a situation you figured woul trigger you but fails; stop and think why? Are you so unfit you can't have sex for more than 2 minutes without going into cardiac arrest? are you so damn kinky that regular sex doesn't do it for you? Viagra is no miracle pill, it's an aid and a damn amazing one but you wont pop a pill, stare at your willy two seconds later and see Johny Gun Turret. So, how to take viagra? In the right dose At the right time With the right stimulation

Viagra when drunk diminishes the effect - basically avoid alcohol. Viagra for some boosts confidence so give it a try next time. Good Luck.

"I haven't use viagra at all because I'm 30 and still virgin, please don't lough". - I think it's more psychological, than physical. But it's IHMO. Maybe Y are a kind of person, who needs relations first, and then passion. It's like Y try to force youe body to prove Y that Y're strong enough, but it protests. If yes, Y'd better go to psychologist. If no, Y can see the inrofmative articles here: haven't use viagra at all because I'm 30 and still virgin, please don't lough.
