I've been prescribed 1/2 a tablet but can't stand the taste with the protective coating broken.My question is can I crush it up and put in my food? will the cooking process change the properties ?
its good to use it the way you use it normally. If you want to put it in food then it depends how you want to use it, like while cooking then obviously it ll lost the properties but after the food is cooked i think it should be fine. why don't you just give it a try or ask doc?
