Hi there i need to know whats best,i am 36 i would say still pretty young,ok lets just say i was going with a girl from overseas,lets just say we split up and i think the big reason could have been due to me not keeping an erection long enough,thought maybe just me being nerves,not relaxed etc,but this happened all the time i wanted to have sex in fact sometimes i would not get excited.
I now got myself a new girl at first with ok viagra it was great it worked and lets just say more than once on that night,but since then its just gone down hill,i cant keep it long enough now and end up stopping or sometimes not getting excited,again was thinking maybe i am not getting turned on etc,but why cant be anything wrong with the last girl and this one?
Both girls have said i maybe should see a doctor,but its embarassing,this new girl i have is very understanding and wants me so much and says go get checked out and also asked if this has happened before i did not want to say at first but said yes it did.
Problem is without any viagra or anything i cant keep hard for long,but then when i want to wank myself off or in the morning i can wake up erect for ages and without having anybody to help as in my girl,so whats going on,i should be getting turned on,ok i do get turned on with my girl but sometimes i think its just not for long.
As i not been to doctor i had a contact through the net to get me some vaigra,i have no idea if these where fakes or not as they did not come in any boxes or anything just wrapped up,but lets just say these did work and i did get some feeling from them in the early days,but maybe not always.
I now tried another source and these look the business they come boxed,sealed dated and offical seal and its on the site as the real thing sure looks like it,but to be honest they not done one thing for me,not even a tingle.
I thought ok lets try two and still nothing,i cant go on like this maybe all these things i am taking are fake and something i get from doctor is what i want or the problem is just meybe much deeper,can a docotor know that answer?
Maybe i am just worried,nerves etc with these girl but i do sure feel fine,maybe just me using dodgey pills is not doing me any favours,i just dont know what to try or think anymore any one recommend i thought half a viagra was supposed to do wonders,two cant even do anything for me,unless that is as i said they are all fakes,but they sure dont look it.

1. definately consult a doctor on here, seems you can't bring yourself to see a doc so talk to one on here and you won;t feel so shy. That will answer all your questions.
2. If viagra doesn't work there are other options, like cialis...

Cialis mate - dont even question it - it lasts for hours and will help your stiffy

Viagra works very differently dependant on what type of person you are, it does me wonders but Cialis seems that it might be the medicine for you. Try it at the 10mg dose i would say - either that or a penis pump although i hear these are very painful! Good luck.

This is a story from two years ago - but maybe it's a story that a lot of
men reading it will relate to. I know I did. I used to feel so humiliated
and guilty when in bed with girls that I know I was supposed to be
having great sex with. They were all hot! I have good taste! but nothing
was happening - not as I wanted it to.And I was certainly disappointing
them. I've been taking Cialis for 10 months now and all those fears
have disappeared. I know I can rely on Cialis to make it happen. Don't
know about the other ones being recommended, but this site delivers
