NO WAY DO NOT MIX NITRATES (which are Poppers) with any form of Erectile Medications..dont ask me why but my partner (a previous recreational drug user) suffered badly having mixed these two chemicals...

"poppers" usually refers to amy nitrite which is an inhalant sometimes used as a recreational drug. I think it has been around at least since the 70s, maybe earlier. It is a good way to give yourself a banging headache but then some people say they use it during sex (not for erective problems, I doubt it would make any difference to an erection) Poppers also seems to pop up every now and then at dance parties/raves, particularly with gay men. Last time I was in Ann Summers they were selling it at the counter.

Erowid is an excellent site for info on drugs both prescription and otherwise you can find it by typing erowid into google search.

I don't know if the warning above applies to nitrites; poppers is actually amyl nitrite (not nitrate) but then anyone would be advised against mixing any drugs without the considered advice of a pharmacist or doctor.

poppers are in fact a nitrate. amyl nitrate puts it in this category. they use this drug a lot to enhance other drugs.

i reckon poppers are fookin' overated feel like youre holdinig your breath when on it - rather take some of the good ole v / c - gets me going every time.

Me and my partner use both poppers and Viagra/ Cialis on a regular basis (not altogether) and I'll tell you that Poppers are amazing when used right, ive never tried them with Viagra or Cialis at the same time though, apparently you shouldn't do that as they contain Nitrates as Mr Mark said...i guess its one or the other but worth a shot..
