I received my order from UK Medix the other day of 4 10mg tablets. Not used any yet but will be doing so tomorrow night. Ive read on here how most men are using 20mg. I've had so many problems with ED that I want to be certain things are going to work. Should I take 2 tablets of 10mg just to make sure? Or would 10mg be ok. I dont want to take any chances of it not working. Any suggestions??

most people start on 10mg and they work fine; also Cialis works fast anyway so could always double up.

Thats what i was thinking. I could always take another one during the evening if i feel the need. Thanks for that !

i agree - start on the 10 and for max effect dont eat fatty foods.

glad that i read this post. have just taken cialis 10mg for the first time
and am about to go out for dinner to get my wife in the mood. will avoid
fatty foods! id forgotten about that.

I avoid food altogether when I take Cialis. I just find it works better and
faster on an empty stomach.
