TextSide effects outweigh the benefits? Not for me. I only get a headache, so when I take a Cialis I also take aspirin or tylenol and then I don't even get the headache.

My question re: splitting the pill- Is the medicine then only half as effective in helping you to have an erection, or do the effects last only half as long?
