hi all i have no complaints with the generic 20mg cialis that i have been using for some time now - in fact its fantastic, BUT i have a helluva a job climaxing. sometimes it'll happen, but more often not, so it kind of takes away the pleasure/satisfaction in some ways... if anyone has any input on this (is it a known side effect?), or knows of another forum where i can ask the question, please advise. thanks

Gandalf, It is very rare that a medication can prevent orgasm especially one that is created to do quite the contrary. My recommendation would be take the real Cialis, its probably the generic extra additives that account for your lack of orgasms. Apologies for the bluntness, but I speak the truth.

I use cialis and to be honest with you it works perfectly along with my di%^. They are the perfect team on bed I have no problem to orgasm... you should consult with your doctor before jumping to conclusions. I'm sure it is all in your head!

Hi, I have the same problem. I mentioned it to my doctor after it happened the first twice I took Cialis, but he said it was unlikely that Cialis was the cause. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve it?

I have been experiencing the same thing - difficult or (very) delayed orgasm - but it never occurred to me that the Cialis could be to blame, since it had been so long since I had had intercourse prior to taking the Cialis. Regarding the other common side-effects - headaches, flushing, etc. - I had those in all the first few times I utilized the pill, but they all have gone away since perhaps the first half dozen times. But should I try Viagra? Have others found Viagra better than Cialis with respect to the orgasm thing? - R

You should definitely be taking the real Cialis, any substitutes are a bad idea. Ive ordered Cialis from this site for months now, and I haven't had any problems climaxing. Cheers, P

Same here, been ordering from UKMEDIX for a long time now, possibly over a year. Have Never had an issue with ukmedix and will recommend them to anyone. I would never buy generic meds when it comes to my sexual activities that is for sure. I also never have issues climaxing. so i wouldn;t blame the cialis... Tiago

Again, I wonder why people wouldn't go for the real thing - and risk it? Anything less than the authentic product could cause some real damage. I value my health too much, to muck about with cheaper meds! uk medix have got proper doctors and real meds, it just saves you the hassle of having to go to your GP. Most of the stuff on the internet is just a poor substitute, or worse. My two cents! Cheers, P

Fake Cialis isn't a factor here, at least not in my case. I have a prescription from my GP (after he gave me a full check-up) and get Cialis from High Street pharmacists such as Boots.
