Viagra doesn't work for my man so well, he hasnt tried Cialis yet or Levitra because from what i gather they work in similar ways.
Basically does anyone know, from experience, if Uprima really does work in a different way?

it works on the brain not on the penis, i prefer Cialis personally but my mate Henry swears by Uprima

Not a Uprima fan - dont think it works that well. I have tried them all and would recommend Levita or Cialis anyday..

each to their own, I guess. I dont think Uprima is even available in the States.
