hello everyone, i am from middle east and hv been on reductil for 1 month.i lost upto 20lbs and thats been a great change.i am currently 198lbs and need to shed another 60lbs .can anyone give some suggestion on hw many calories should i consume eachday.i am a regular walker for about 45min.thanks and regards........

You have done very well so far on your loss - 20lbs is fantastic, so you must be doing something right already
I would suggest that your calories should be around 1200 per day as this seems to be the amount that most people are working on, and if you are walking too this should be fine for you. (If I am wrong, someone else will give you better advice)
I think that if you carry on doing what you are doing, you will soon shed the 60lbs!

hi muhzina, sounds like you are on the right track, log in to the forum when you can for support, you get lots of advice on here and help when you maybe feel you need it. the walking is really the best exercise and try to increase your pace and distance the more comfortable it becomes. remember your water. i hope you continue your good work, best of luck and see you around, liz x
