It all sounds too familiar.  What worked before doesn't work this time around etc etc.

I have been good for 2.5 days.  I am looking at this new plan for weight loss (notice I didn't use the word "diet") to be a longterm goal.  I want to lose around 5 kg.

I am so stupid sometimes.  I was so hungry earlier, I started to look for food and found a tube of chocolate sauce - the kind you pour over ice-cream.  I ate half the tube and didn't enjoy it.  When will I learn?

I am keeping an exercise and food diary to help me.  I will go on holiday soon and will try to continue to be good while away.

May go for an extra exercise tonight to make up for the chocolate sauce ..

Keep going ...

Hi Skinny...

Sorry, I had to giggle at your chocolate sauce story - we've all done that one, eaten it cos it's there not because we're hungry.

I have to say a big thank you to you and to Libby though - you've been telling us all about exercise for so long now, and it's finally sunk in... so I do a bit and I feel fantastic for it (I even miss it when it rains!).

I know that if any two people will succeed it's you two - you have to, cos if you don't then there's no hope for the likes of lazy me

Big Kiss to you both XX

Hi I am following Boots Diets as well - I am having around 1,400 of cals
and exercising every day.  Tonight did a 30 minute aerobic dvd!  I have
lost 10lbs in 18 days so happy with that!

Hi Libbyling

Good for you NOT giving up!
I've been stuck for the past two weeks ( according to my scales! ) Infact mine reackon I've put 2lb on since yesterday morning! Not a chance! I hardly had much to eat yesterday and I did more workout than I've ever done! I'm having a 'Ban the scales' week now. I was supposed to go for my weigh in yesterday but the nurse has hurt her foot, so I've got to wait until Friday now. I feel as if I've lost though, but I won't know until Friday. I will be niffed if I haven't lost but like you I'M NOT GIVING IN!
Like you I'm getting to like my workouts, ok most days I'm not well anyway so it makes them harder, but I try to do what I can.
I've a long way to go on my weight loss journey, but hey, I know that hopefully I'll get there in the end. Fingers crossed!

Your doing a good job Libby, keep it up!
