Well it's been 5 weeks since I moved to Czech Republic, and with uni work and general stress I've not had a moment to myself.
I've been seriously dieting for 3 weeks now and I can see a difference in my body. I don't have scales so don't know how much I've lost but I'd guess at least a stone. You can really tell on my face, stomach and boobs (that's not so good)
I've got so much uni work to do and exams in December so I'm going to concentrate on that as well as dieting and then after all that is done join a gym, there is one over the road from me which is POSH it has a wellness centre in it, which is like saunas, massage and other relaxing stuff. I'll probably spend most of my time in there!
I'll definately weigh myself before 1st December as I have surgery and will be off the reds and eating healthy meals so will probably put something back on, but it's worth it.
Soo I gave in and got my bf to bring my scales over from England.. I was shocked and pleased to see I've lost 16lbs over the last month.
I've run out of reds and the company I buy them off are slow sending out orders and no doubt with the postal strike I'll not see them anytime soon.
I will just carry on eating well for now as I was going to have to stop them for December anyways, I've not took any for 4 days now and although my sleep has been messed up I still don't crave food or eat like I used to.
I just hope to lose another stone over the next 6 weeks.
