Xenical is completely different, it doesn't help reduce your appetite by tricking the brain into making us feel full quicker. It works on the fats you consume and inhibits around 30% of fat being absorbed so you need to follow a very low fat diet. It doesn't affect your heart rate so should be safer to take. Some people think it's great and I know you will get a mix of positive and negative replies. Personally I tried it and ate minimal fat but had problems with what I can only describe as wet greasy f***s (yuk, sorry) and the need to be near a loo. A lady I worked with 'followed through' and had to go home and change. She did have a lot more to lose than me and her diet was very high in fat where mine never has been. Others on here have said they had no problems.
Take care,
Jay

Zotrim is a herbal appetite suppressant, or claims to be, and is available in all the chemists - you need to google it to see all the info.
