Sorry you feel that way but crazy didn't get banned for getting heated, she gave her email address and that's against their rules, simple as that. Plus she chose to leave because she got upset by a members peronal attack on her, don't know whether you saw it. That person accused her of 'preaching at them' and I for one stood up for the frog. I too have joined her and the others on FB and was invited to do so. My comments have always been as positive as possible and if you took the trouble to look back I have been thanked. On this occasion I let my heart rule my head just as Crazy did but you berate me for that, why ?

Do you think it's ok to try and sell a banned drug or any medication on here ? we had a very heated debate about the same thing before and a good few people spoke up in disgust which caused some bad feeling. I've been a member since September and it has mostly been a happy forum but like all forums occasionly heated.

Please reply, there is no need for unpleasantness, surely you can be civil.

You have nothing to apologise for Jen you have always been helpful and upbeat on here.

Its a lesson though not to speak your mind too much on this forum or you'll encourage nastiness which you dont deserve

You are correct this is not a place to buy and sell stuff so dont feel bad, more people most likely agree but are afraid to speak up. I didnt see it as preaching.

Its just an unfortunate blip so please forget about it.

You are so right and we just dont need to be at each others throats we need freedom of speach on here as long as it isnt cutting remarks because many of us cant confide in friends and family about our fight with the flab !!
It isnt preaching to say it like it is, what's the point of a forum where you cant say anything at the risk of coming over like you know it all.
Its very sad because we are all feeling fed up as you say with losing reds, I know I am but I'll get over it !
