Hey there Cindy sorry you're feeling so rough, but you're doing so well. It's got to get better.

Reductil works by tricking the brain into suppressing your appetite but Xenical works on your bowels so doesn't control appetite at all. It works on the fat in your diet and stops the body absorbing about 30% of fat eaten in a day. It doesn't affect your heart but might have other side effects. Has Champix got a helpline, if they have why don't you ask them about mixing Champ with Xen, I can't see a problem but I'm not a doc.

My problem is appetite, either real or habit, it's hard to change the habits of a lifetime isn't it. But I'm doing well and haven't binged or overeaten for months. Now today I made pancakes (pancake day) and god weren't they lovely, but I do feel full still and that was 4 hours ago, so I think my stomach has shrunk coz I had a smaller dinner and 4 pancakes. I'll prob regret it tomorrow but sod it you've gotta live right ?
