Im HUNGRY!!!!!!!!
im gutted i cant have reds anymore,the only thing that worked,im thinking about food again which i havent for ages,only thought of it when my stomach rumbed before and remembered that i should eat.this sucks! x

I know, they worked so well for me too. but there must be a good reason they've been stopped, and I'd rather not take them if there are serious health risks attached. I felt that by taking pills I was really doing something about my weight, so I made the decision to move on to xenical a couple of weeks ago, and the weight has continued to drop. But taking reds was so much easier, never having to contend with the hunger. But when I step on the scale of a Sunday, they are showing I'm lighter, and that's the goal after all.

oh well done ducky that is good news!
yeah reds were ace as it stopped me feeling hungry and eating all the time,im always getting slated at work for eating all the time,but little and often works.i lost two stone in a year,went on reds for about 6 months and that helped lose about 9lbs,if i knew they were taking them off the market i would of used them more efficiantly and not ate crap at all!
i guess if i be carefull and not strech my stomach agin and just carry on with smalll portions ill be fine.im on xenical too now,have used them before and theyre fine.

I totally agree with everything you've both said !! it's the thinking about food all the time, the Reds were the best thing that ever happened for me in terms of weight loss, I never felt really hungry and lost 2 and half stone in 19 weeks.
I've been doing okay but it's HARD !!!!!!!!!!

hey peeps
I have a question about Reductil...what exactly does it do?
Im really interested in finding out how it works, does it make the brain tell the body that its full?
And why is there a ban on it?
