i've lost almost a stone - i can't believe it! i just weighed myself and im 13lbs lighter. im so so SO happy! its been such a struggle the last 10 years, and i really feel like i might get my life back and feel like the old me. i was worried about weighing myself today because ive had a few treats this week. i had a fry up breakfast on wednesday at a posh restaurant with a friend and then on thursday i had a portion of french fries. they tasted so good! but still managed to lose weight - thank you reductil/meridia!!! im so pleased to have found this site and then the reductilbymail one. otherwise id still be wallowing in self pity! hope everyone else has had a good week!

That's great news - I love your excitement! In just over a month too. I think thats a great result. I've stuck around the 10lbs loss mark this week. I remember that happened the first time I took reductil. I haven't been able to get to swimming and yoga, and I know that exercise helps kick start things if you reach a plateau. This weekend I intend to get out there and get active! How have you done this week FLOG? WA

Yes, I'm taking it slowly though. i've lost a stone in total. I feel like its plateaued a bit, but I remember that happening last time. That's when I upped the exercise. I have been a bit lax on the exercise front recently. I stopped doing my yoga classes as my daughter needed help with her little ones picking up from school and its at the same time as the class I liked! But I'm going to up my morning walks - more regularly, and for longer time, and then will get it shifting again. I've ordered more reductil, so I'm on to my next box soon. WA
