Hey guys, havent posted for ages but thought I would update you. I have now finished my two months supply and lost 17lbs in total over the 8 weeks. I feel and look much better. Last week I went away with  the family for a week in a caravan, the weather was pants and I ended up eating loads of rubbish like chips, cakes, ice cream and I drank wine every night, obviously wasnt at the gym either..I felt disgusting, I had finished my tablets and was debating whether to order any more as I got down to a healthy weight with a BMI of 25 and really only wanted to lose another 7-9lbs. Anyway I put 5lbs back on and was so angry and upset with myself. Isn't it terrible how what we eat and what we weigh can control our emotions so much?? Obviously its a combination of eating rubbish, not exercising and not taking the reds that have caused the weight gain...but Its really knocked me back. I will have do another couple of months worth as I am determined to get to my original target weight that I set myself. I need geeing up people....hate feeling like this after all the hard work!! My hubby noticed I had put those few pounds back on again!! Felt so flat. Any tips, advice?? I know some of you are experts at this!! My children go back to school at the end of the week so I can get back to my gym routine and feel more focused again. Also has anyone managed to source Reductil anywhere else at a cheaper price?? I know one of the girls mentioned in a previous post of mine about generic sibutramine?? She says you can get it from Asia/India at a much cheaper price. Dont know if this is safe or legit? Has anyone done any research on it? Its just a cost thing...another £200 at the end of a really expensive summer holiday. If it can be sourced cheaper it would be a plus. Appreciate your thoughts and hope you are all well x x xSoppy x

oh dear Soppy, I know, I know! It's just awful and I've been there. I've
also lost 17lbs this past 8 weeks and I'm on to my third packet now
having reordered again from reductilbymail. Its working so I cant see
any good reason to change. I know its expensive though - so it is
probably sensible to shop around. But really, I'd be terrified if I got
something that wasn't real and made me ill. What does your husband
think? I'm sure he'd be worried to hear that you were saving money by
buying drugs that might not be legitimate? I no longer have a family to
support, so I get to spend my money on myself. So its hard for me to
advise you money wise. But 17lbs is a great amount to have lost - I feel
really fabulous and am determined to stick with it. I have several more
stone to go though. It sounds like you are so close to your ideal
weight! It wont take you long to get those 5lbs back off again -
probably only 2 weeks on reductil!!
Hope this helps,
WA

if the meds are legitimate  - they cannot be cheaper.

I would only recommend buying from reductil by mail as they are genuine and safe.

Hello celt, I'm sorry to have made you so angry.
I certainly wasn't condemning Soppy.
So, Soppy -  If you felt that I was then I really do apologise. And if you
choose to follow Celt's advice and use the cheaper drug companies that
she suggests, then please do check in here and tell us how you are
feeling. Most importantly out of our concern for you, but then also if celt
is right and we are deluding ourselves with out reliance and trust in the
legitimate reductilbymail ones.

Celt..thank you, I did ask the question and I appreciate you giving me this information so please stay in touch. Its important to have choices and do research and I am grateful as I like to look into things for myself.  I think it is possible to source other generic meds at a cheaper price, not just reductil but many, may types of drug. The high cost does not necessarily prove they are legitimate, it may just be that a particular company has been comandeering the market and therefore been able to charge a high mark-up. I have a friend who is married to the Head Pharmacist at my local NHS trust hospital. He has previously tested different meds for their authenticity and was actually involved in uncovering a scam with Chinese Herbal Medicine that turned out to be an amphetamine based producted!! If I do go elsewhere I will get it checked out! Whittle please do not apologise, I certainly didnt feel you were condemning me I am am grateful for your concern and support. I understand where you are coming from, if its working for you and you feel ok then why risk it and change things, maybe it is a case of better the devil you know. I really appreciate everyones advice and input and I find this forum really helpful. I don't really talk to my husband or friends about my weight because I feel like its my battle and I just want to get on with it and prove to myself I can do it..also I wonder if they are bored with me!! But on here I dont feel judged and I can ask questions and get great support. Please no-one get angry or upset, I am grateful to Celt for her perspective and you WA for being so caring. x x Soppy

Soppy, I should perhaps make it clear that it's not generic reductil/meridia about which I am talking.  How anybody taking reductil without medical supervision can describe it as safe is beyond me! Good luck with it all.
