I bought these today from Asda and they were about £2.50 for 24 strips. They are supposed to be taken when you have a hunger pang so not sure if they work. The main ingredient is guarana seed extract, I will keep you posted!

Yes right there with the vitamins. Took one today between breakfast and lunch. So far so good! Obviously they won’t work miracles but I don’t think they will do any harm with the reductrim as even with the reductrim I still crave occasionally especially certain times of the month - I didn't realise I would lose my biceps LOL

I don't think they are exclusive to Asda as they are not made by them. I would guess they can be bought from health food shops etc. I only noticed them because they were with the vitamins and there were other slim aid stuff like adios etc you can get over the counter. Maybe Boots may sell them? They are like thin wafers. I have had 2 today including lmy 15mg of sibutrim. I do think they did take the edge off. But keep an open mind as they probably won't do much on their own but who knows? I just presume that because of the price but you know people are different so anything is worth a try.

Think I preferred the "dodgy wedding dress" to the new look. But how flattering for you to have it cloned know what you really think of it!!

Well a combination of 15 mg of sibuslim and the hunger strips has meant a 2 pound loss this week. Considering I have eaten out twice this week that is not bad for me. Although, dancing till 1.00 am this morning probably had a lot to do with it!
