I think possibly because on this forum it is such old news so sorry jso that no-one has yet replied but this site has really gone off the boil as forums do. Reductil was withdrawn in Britain and almost everywhere in January 2010 because there had been a few cases where people who already had heart/blood pressure problems had bad reactions. It was still available online from some sources abroad and when that dried up you were able to get generic versions of sibutramine. Some of us tried these with success but there ensued a bitter debate on the safety and authenticity of the products. I felt 'generic' means 'under another trade name' and so therefore perfectly safe. I think people are now loathe to say anything for fear of being condemned but there are folks who used to post on here who could tell you the latest info but may not wish to come forward. Sorry again and I hope you find an alternative, maybe google sibutramine and see what's on offer but please make sure you get your BP checked and take care.
