hi moongoddess - i copied your address down incorrectly - i had minimal instead of minimel.
last couple of nights haven't been good - both my son and i have been vomiting.  last night he threw up all over my face and hair (and the lounge and the blanket etc). my stomach is still very tender.

Hiya Geminigirl!

Thank you for the email - just waiting for the weights to turn up lol then I'll get on with attempting to go below 26st!

How are you keeping?

Update is that I'm back to 26st 4lbs today!

I need to scream and cry.

The good news is the weights turned up today.

Today's not so great news:

All weekend I was 26st 4lb and I have been extremely good drank loads of water and even went out with the OH and did loads of walking.

This morning I got up and abluted (sp) and weighted: 26st 5lbs

OK I thought could be water or something in my tummy.

Ate and drank nothing for an hour abluted again both and thought "oh well that may well put me down below 26st 4lb - it didn't 26st 6lb.

Had breakfast red and water. Out of curiosity weighed again to see how much my breakfast weighs: 26st 6lbs

Bit confused I got on with my everyday stuff and was MSNing Alison and told her I seemed to be getting stuck at 26st 4lbs and then unexplicipaly gaining - this is the third time. While on the pc I said I would weigh now: 26st 9lbs.

And I've since been for several wees and still the same weight.

I know I'm sounding like a Tammygirl and I know you can't be 100% sure I'm telling the truth that I aint pigged, but I can tell you I have not. I'm sick to the back teeth of it. Reds are working as last couple of days no hunger.

What is the matter with me? Why can't I lose anymore weight?

I'm so deeply depressed at this.

I think I'm going to ask the doctor to take me off them. I can't take the up and downs much more, especially as the ups are only getting to 26st 4lbs occasionally before gaining loads.

I've just pigged two whole packets of self cook bread with a tin of Baxters soup - and the bread had marg on which I never have anymore. So if the body wants weight - I'll give it some - bloody thing!

I feel very sick now but as you know I can't vomit so in it stays!

Hey hey hey!

No towel throwing in! Not in this game.

Ok we need to look at this.
A food diary, have you tried one of those.
Everything, drinks and food  need to be written down. This can also help as you have to write it down before you eat it and you end up thinking do you really want it. Try it for 2 weeks and at the end if there is still no losing you can take it to your doc and maybe he can see another way around helping you lose weight.

shazzy's right! keep a dairy.  and ya know what else - STAY OFF THE BLOODY SCALES!! - i should talk, i also weigh me self about 6 time a day!! actually i have managed to cut it down to just once a day! in the morn when i get up, maybe if i've been really good i might jump on b4 i go to bed, but that don't count cause no one sees me doing it!!!!!!!!!

i know i get very disheartened if i get on the scales and have gained, if u could stick to once a week that wld be great.

i've really enjoyed reading ur posts please don't give up ~ wishing u all the best!!

hey! Chin up!!
Like I said on msn see if you can be put on 15's.  You have done so well so far and I know it has been hard and with things at home too but stick with it!

I weigh myself everyday and it is up and down through out the month by around 6lb, my doc only weighs me once a month and that is the one I record as my real weigh in.

Keep going with your head down and you'll get through this rough patch.
