I am wanting some nnew bathroom scales as the ones i have are going wrong giving all  different readings shall get didital ones does anybody know which is a good pair

I was thinking the same yesterday had a quick look on ebay but wasnt sure which ones to get really as I have digital pair already which can be tempremental at times whihc drives me mad lol so i'm like you not really sure which ones to get at moment.

I thought you knew all about scales having done this for so long tammy ? ... and after replying to oh so many posts about scales and you telling us the ones you have used yourself ! !!

hi
I have the TANITA body fat ones and i find them to be very accurate. my gym actually uses the same ones.  they measure weight as well as body fat percentage (if you enter your height and sex also)

Id recommend a Wii Fit lol, it weighs and records on a graph your weight and BMI for you and then lets you do a nice fun workout too.

Lol my daughetr is trying to persuade my husband to get her one for her birthday so if she gets one I will be on whilst shes at school.

hi - is the WiiFit any good? i've been meaning to ask mummygow. i looked at the website and it looks pretty lame?? if you look at the website you'll see what i mean - not being rude.  anyway i'd love to know what people think.

Well we love it, its a fantastic way of getting the kids to let of some steam and keeping them fit too in a fun way, even little Max (3) has been playing it.

I have woken today with aching waist and sides from doing the yoga exercises yesterday on it, so for me I must have done some sort of workout, I built up a sweat doing the jogging and the step workout.  Obviously its not hard core gym workout with weights like my partner does but for me being overweight and not very good at exercise its enough - for the time being anyway.  So yes I would recommend.
