Can I offer a word of caution to everybody who weighs on digital scales. The sets designed for home use can fluctuate wildly each time you weigh. For this reason I was recommended to get on my scales three times and take the weigh as the one that it settles at twice. My scales (they weren't cheap) varied between 105 kg and 108 kg the other morning. Had i taken the 105 as my weight for this week then gone to the nurse and weighed 108kg i would have been gutted.
Hi geminigirl, I love it. It tells you your weight your bmi and then does some balance tests and gives you your wii fit age!! I'm 34 on the wii fit but I'm only 32 but I was glad that it didn't say that I was 20 years older... lol!! Then it ask you to set a goal to start reducing you bmi!!
It has yoga, muscle workouts, aerobic exercises and balance games.
It also has a timer in it that tells you exactly how long you have exercised for. The more time you do the more exercises and reps you get.
I feel that it is good because it allows your body to get used to exercising and gives you more to do the fitter you get!!

I get this fluctuation too. I can put on or take off over half a stone depending on where the scales are on the floor.
I am settling on a lower weight which I had been measuring by as it is a little more encouraging than the same weight I seemed to read for nearly a month! There is no way I lost nothing.
Plus my docs do not have a scale set which goes up to my weight - they all stop at 23st so I can't even get a stable reading from them, either!
