Hi i have had to stop taking reductil i am suffering from too many side effects, headaches, dizziness, my asthma has got bad and lack of sleep. I have been taken them for 6 weeks.i am gutted about it but it just isnt suitable for me, i have lost 11lb so far and go to slimming world. going to have to use my will power alot more and see what happens.wish me luckxx

Lots of luck blacke1, my doctor told me to think like a thin person, before you put something in your mouth, just take a minute to think if you can afford to eat it. Now youve been on the reds for 6 weeks youv'e had practice, but again stick in and good luck!!
