I weigh most mornings as I find it good as I can see my weight going down marginally everyday I've been good and stabilising / increasing after "blow-outs".
I do sometimes though feel dissapointed / demotivated if after 3 days of being good there is no movements.
I think it is because I am an impatient person by nature?
Should I continue every day ir once a week / fortnight. What do people think?
To go away from daily I'd have to get my Wife to hide the scales!
