Well today is my 6th Tuesday weigh-in, felt nervous about weighing in as yesturday i was really bloated and had TE after having a little pork crackling with my lunch on Sunday - Feel free to join in and add your weight if you weigh-in on a Tuesday
Start weight - 17.6 -
1st weigh in - 16.12 (-8 lb) 2nd weigh in - 16.07 (-5 lb) 3rd weigh in - 16.05 (-2 lb) 4th weigh in - 16.03 (-2 lb) 5th weigh in - 16.00 (-3 lb) 6th weigh in - 15.12 (-2 lb)-YIPPEE am now in the 15 stone gang
Total loss todate - 22 lb
Only done a bit of exercise last week, but will try and include a few more walks this week, as i felt very lazy with the weather last week.
Tip of the day - Don't eat pork crackling , you will regret it with TE's and bloatedness , I eat a little of everything else for my sunday dinner, minus roast potatoes, but will definately give the crackling a miss , don't stress yourself to much on what you can or can't have to eat, a little of what you fancy is better than deprieving yourself (except for crackling)
very good clare. what is a TE please? my stomach is getting BIGGER, do you think it could be lack of drinking any water and having IBS? that i have put weight on?
hi i was looking there at ur post claire and thats brilliant the amount of weight u have lost well done . im trying to lose 3 stone i have been doing well i must say only having 3 meals a day and very low in fat most of my meals r weight watchers anyway. i go to the nurse every two weeks so hopefully iv lost something this first two weeks x x
