I am new to this forum. I have been taking these tablets for a week. They are fantastic! I have lost weight and have no side effects. I walk for thirty minutes each day.

Hi Snowey. I'm also new to this forum too. Congratulations on your weight loss that's fab news. How much have u lost all together then??
I started on Xenical 7 days ago and i agree they are fab. I have lost weight but i dare not weigh yet just in case its not as much as i think, people have commented that i look like i have lost weight so that must a be good thing. Lol.....
I have to go back to doc's in a month for my first weigh in.

hey there

i have been on them for nearly 3 months and i have lost nearly 2 stone so they r gd. i go to the gym alot too so i suppose that helps too. keep up the gd work

im finding my weight lose very slow think i lost 5lb in just over a month and been on a tight diet!

Hi ravin mel.

That's a fab weight loss 2 stone in three months, hope i can be as good as that. At the moment i don't go the gym bse i had an op on my kidney in August. But i do lot of walking ( school run everyday which is about 10 mins to 15 mins walk, which i do 4 times a day and i also have a 17mth old to run after..

Will join the gym when i go back to work in October.

That must be a nightmare for you only losing 5lb!! Every person is different, do u do any exercise?? But chin up i am sure that you will lose more weight in the weeks to come.

Hi Ravin Mel. Thanks for replying and the support. I think my first weigh in is due around the first week of Oct. Feel nervous when i think about going, why i don't no!!! lol..... I bet going to the gym does really help to burn all those calories.
Will def keep u and anyone else who is interested to how much i have lost ( i will have lost sumthing)lol..

Good luck for your weigh in next week, i'm sure you have lost 2 stone or more, u never no!! U work hard enough thats for sure...
