hey ayesha hun .. hows you? long time no speak! glad to see ya back on track!and well done with the weight loss.. well i lost 3 and a half stone on xenical most of that was over 4 months was doin really really well till my hols THEN DISASTER!!! and now really struggling to get back on track .. not been taking the xenical for 3 months now and have to sadly say i have put a stone back on just throught eating crap and not exercising! all my own fault really .... tonight i am starting a new 12 week slimming class so im hoping this will get me back on track... i found it difficult when i tryed to come off the xenical because you know that when you are not taking them u can eat things that you wouldnt if you were! its just hard to try and find the right balance ....not really been on here much at all dont seem to be many that post anymore!
so fingers crossed after tonight ill be back on track AGAIN!! LOL

cassie what milkshakes are you on about?? im not exacly a big fan of the whole "shake" replacements to be honest, if you do take them a protein one is prob best as should keep you fuller for longer.. the likes of slim fast etc is a waste of time.

keep up it up !!!
