hey all iv not been on this for a wee while but i have been on xenical for nealry 3 months now and i have lost nearly 2 stone

i am goin to the nurse to get weighed at the end of the month so hopefully she will say thats two stone iv lost altogether. my target is 4 stone so im really hoping in the nxt 3 months ill lose another 2 stone

i will keep everybody up dated on how i get on

hey

well i do go to the gym 4 days a week. i still cant really notice but only some of my clothes r a bit big.
so i think excise helps alot x x
