I think you right! Writing things down does often help you see the answer!
There's a personal trainer on this forum who recommended that I buy some weight - I've got 4kg ones - and that I go on a website called Ultrafit magazine and do their Workout of the Week. I do it as often as I feel inclined. It's a bit annoying to have to read and then do the exercise and then read again, but I prefer it to going to a gym right now. I do go to a yoga class on Friday which I love. The environment in much nicer than a gym I think. And I think it has made a difference. Im much stretchier than I was before. And I like the way it makes me feel afterwards!
