alright!
i just been reading all these posts to try and stop myself going to buy fags. i give up smokin on 1st feb and today has been a really horrid day, all i wanna do is smoke.
is there anyweher on here with a live chat room or something? its so hard.
well done to judith for her exercise, how old are you judith? cos you sound like an inspiration to us all!

I was just checking over this post to see if anybody had responded and found your worried post Lins - it seems you are suffering a tough time giving up smoking.
I hope that you didnt give in to temptation yesterday and remained strong. It is such a hard thing to give up, but you are doing a wonderful thing for yourself and your family/loved ones.
Keep up the good work as Im sure you will reap the benefits in years to come.
