I came of xenical for a bit and immediately piled it on again - nearly half a stone. It was so quick I couldn't believe it! Like it had been waiting in the corner to jump on to me when I wasn't looking! I went back on xenical and back to the eating regime. Having had a few blowouts, it didn't feel bad to be eating healthily again. I lost 4lbs in the last three weeks but no more. I'm terrified that I'm plateauing. I really want to lose another stone. Is there anything I can do to rev it up again? WA

What is your BMI now? I found once I hit BMI of 25 that the only way was to up my exercise a little....I just walked to places if I could and that helped me.

That's an interesting point - my BMI is 25.8. I should probably do a bit more exercise then. I'll try and factor in a walk around the park everyday - thank you LadyK, I'll see if that kick starts things again.

Hi Libby, I've lost 4 stone now! which really is an achievement for me. But it has been very slow coming off in the last 6 weeks. Possibly a plateau. But I dont mind losing it slowly, so long as its not going on. Good luck with xenical - its takes extra attention, but it does work. WA

I do yoga once a week and I'm walking everyday for at least 20 minutes. On days when I can I'll walk for much longer. I did try a pilates class that other day which was incredible. Are you using the gym?

Whittlaway I have been looking at this bmi chart and with a reading of 25.8 it states you are marginally overweight which probably isn't neither here or there. As the stuff we have been taking on here ie pills etc is designed for very overweight people maybe now that you have lost 4 stones it won't work anymore? I know when I was on reductil it did specify that it isn't advisable for people unless they had a bmi of at least 29 otherwise it wouldn't work. Here is the chart http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/overweight.htm

That would be very frustrating if that's true! I do feel like I'd like to lose another stone. I haven't lost anything at all this last week, and I've been very good too. I've just ordered more as well, so Im investing in losing more going forward. I don't want to stop taking them in case it piles on again! I fear you and the article could be right. I'll have to find ways to kick start the weight loss again. What do I do? WA
