Hello Libby!
I quite often have porridge for breakfast, made with water and a spooinful
of maple syrup. Or chopped fruit with low fat greek yogurt. And on
Sundays I have an egg with some brown toast. Tomorrow is my egg day!
I think keeping a food diary is a great idea. I did at the beginning, but I
quickly gave up I'm afraid!
But sharing recipe ideas is always good.

I went for scrambled. I do find eggs keep hunger at bay very nicely!

cheese is definetly a problem! I learned my lesson - but oh how I miss it!
I had fruit and greek yogurt today for breakfast, ryvita crisp breads
(they're new!) with philadelphia and tomatoes for lunch, a tangerine and
then I made french onion soup with a side salad for dinner.
It was a very good day I think! But I had a lovely glass of red wine too....!

I know - I should get on to xenical first. But I tend to see what the daily
posts are first to see if there's anything to learn!
We must be the only two on xenical??!
Is anyone else on here taking it?
