As there is one new xenical user on this site I wondered whether it might be helpful if we swap some menu plans?
Breakfast: a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and cup of low-fat fruit yogurt with steel cut oatmeal. Steel cut oatmeal is a whole grain that is a good source of fibre!
Lunch: a bowl of vegetarian split pea soup and large salad with grilled chicken breast. salad includes mixed green lettuces, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, green beans, carrots, beets and garbanzo beans and avocado, topped off with dressing made from olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
Dinner: baked halibut with brown rice and steamed asparagus.
