Thought I'd update my ticker. Missed my official weigh in this month and next ones due in another 2 weeks and just couldnt wait that long. Am delighted to report having lost another 9lb in the past 4 weeks. So WHEH HEY!! long may it continue, am now well on my way to target and now feeling positive enough to change it to my true secret target which is a stone more (we shall see)
Have been sticking to my healthy eating plan which focuses on limiting carbs and trying to eat good fats and lean protein. My portions are small and I eat every 2-3 hours. Snacks usually consist of slices of lean ham or chicken and I try to drink plenty of water. Can honestly say I dont go hungry and allow a couple of sinful meals a week to give me something to look forward to. Have been going to the gym but dont think this is essential as past 2 weeks havnt went at all and still lost. Difference now is my energy levels are up so been out for long walks and this is enough activity. Must admit though I do miss the gym and gonna try and start back soon.
Does anyone know how long you are allowed to take xenical? I havnt broached the subject with my G.P. Hoping to be able to reach my target weight on it and then just worry about maintaining when I come off. I dont know whether he will take me off when my BMI is under 30 which I think it may well be now.
