I have been taking Xenical for nearly 2 weeks and finally I am making some progress. I have ahd to do a big overhaul of my eating habits though. The first week i just thought i could eat what I wanted as long as it was low fat. But was eating sweets and loads of low fat cereal bars etc.In the last few days i have started to keep a close eye on my calories. Finally I have lost 2 pounds. To be honest this is what i would have done had I not been on Xenical, but the fact that i can't just eat a biscuit or munch on some chocolate means i find it easier to stick to my calories for the day. I have read research which says that while on Xenical you lose 1/3 more weight than not being on it over the long term. Hope this is true for me!
