For me right now it is running in the park, am loving the fresh air more than ever. What about you? I don't know abot you but I go through phases with exercise, for a few weeks I will love running, then I will get bored and move on to boxing or something. What do you do? Issy x

hey there Have you ever tried Kettlebells? They are fantastic, but make sure somebody shows you some exercises for them as they are quite hard work and if not done correctly could cause injury. I love skipping! Its great fun and the real reward is when you can teach yourself to skip really fast and do crossovers and all sorts of tricks! Plus your really burning calories when you do it!!! I bet you couldnt skip non stop for half an hour!!! try it and let me know!! Fi

I agree - running in the park is such a great feeling! And it's free! But I've found a hot yoga studio near me so I'm doing a little bit of that too at the moment. As well as these Tracy Anderson workout movies I found on you tube! Gyms are too expensive, and I find them dull places to be.

I go the gym with my buddies and we work out together, encouraging each other. It really helps! If I went on my own, I probably would get as many reps done.

hey peeps, Have you ever thought of trying out Bootcamps? If the gym isnt your thing, and working out alone makes you feel unmotivated...then check out what local Bootcamps are in your area - they are a fantastic way of keeping fit outdoors, you have the companionship of other fellow participants and best of all is the results you get from them! Good Luck... Fi

hey peeps... Kettlebells are an old Russian form of training, its an iron canon ball with a handle and basically you do high repetitions of balistic exercises such as a squat swing and its great for full body training. They are seriously hard work! Just be careful and mindful if you have any injuries or lower back problems. They would not be the best thing for that! Fi :-0

yikes - sounds tough! Everything from 'Russian' to 'iron' to 'canon ball'. Sounds like torture! Not for me, I think.
