alright!
wow jsut came across this posts when trying to get inspriation for exericse!
ive given - well trying my best to stop smoking, so far so good and im doing more active thigns everyday cos i dotn wanna start eating loads and get bigger.
this is really intersting stuff on here!

Well done Lins for stopping smoking - how is it going?
Your doing the right thing in starting to exercise and be more active - hopefully that will help with your cravings and your health too!
If your worried about eating more, try to eat small and more often - and just make sure the things you snack on arent fatty foods or sugary foods as they wont help.

Keep on moving!!

hi guys!

so finally i got the info and it is called Crossfit.  look it up online and it is an intense program used in the american police/army etc etc I doubt i could handle it's intensity but there you go.

interesting info. And I can hear myself saying ALL of those myths! They're
all so imbedded in my psyche, its kind of hard to let them go, but I'll try.
Rose - thanks for finding out about Crossfit - I'm going to look it up now,
I've never heard of it.

i had a look and think it is similar to british military fitness stuff just quick crazy sessions...
