If you're in London I've seen one in Hyde Park, that looks really popular. There's always a big group, so I guess it mustn't be too expensive and must get good results! It's not really my kind of thing though, so I've never looked into it!

i know the one you are talking about, it's like a real serious one and it costs about 36 quid per session which is ridiculous.. I was more thinking of a circuit training camp type thing. Anyway if you hear anything, let me know Issy x

if you go to your local coffee shops sometimes there are advertisement boards that have different exercise groups on it, there is one i saw in my local drycleaners about a touch rugby season for men and women, looks fun and have done it before and think i may see what the timings are as it's different and social...
