Im getting up and doing 50 squats when I'm brushing my teeth in the morning, and then another 50 when I'm brushing my teeth at night. And I can really feel the difference already! My butt definitely feel a bit less squidgy!! I mean, imagine how much time we waste standing at the sink while we brush our teeth - something we do everyday at least twice a day! All those minutes, hours and days, when we could be doing sneaky squats! I stand with my feet hip width apart and bend with a straight back. Its one of the things I picked up of Tracy Andersons workout video. She says 'You can never do too many squats!' It's kind of nauseating, but she's also right I guess. Happy Squatting!!

a friend of mine whos just had a kid did that, lifting her legs up bhind her as she brushed her teeth, i swear shes got a smaller arse than she did before she had the littleun! every little helps!

It's very true - that is wasted time. But in the morning I am very sleepy and in the evening I'm very sleepy too. I don't know that I have the energy when I'm brushing my teeth. certainly not for fifty. But I went for a lovely long power walk in the park today - what blissful weather! It makes exercising a joy.

canada - now I feel guilty just standing there brushing my teeth not doing anything! I did some leg lifts last night and this morning - 20 each side! What an influence you have!

the minute i wake up i do 30 pushups and even right before bed... it always helps to get the blood pumping before my day... Issy

ok ok, i don't always do them before bed... sometimes i am way too tired and my only exercise is falling into bed! issy x
