obviously i am a bit heavy on my joints but was thinking of toning a little by walking with ankle weights and wrist weights will that be bad for my joints?? or should I just go ahead? Rosie x

i don't think there would be much harm with the ankle and wrist weights as long as they are not too heavy. If they are too heavy you may risk injury so i would maybe consult someone at the sports shop? Disco xx Well done for giving it a go! xx
